Your nanny can submit their shifts and expenses whenever they like using our app. You can approve or reject your nanny’s shifts via the website, or through our app, which we strongly recommend downloading if you haven’t already.
Nannies are paid monthly – each pay cycle runs from the 26th of the month to the 25th of the following month. As long as they’ve submitted their shifts by the 25th of the month, they are eligible to be included in their pay. You then have until the 28th to review their timesheet and approve all pending shifts and expenses.
We’ll send you a summary of the shifts your nanny has submitted for approval each week. Your nanny will only be paid for shifts that you have approved. Only shifts that are approved will appear on your invoice.

If there’s an issue with a submission, you can simply reject the shift you’re unhappy with and write a comment to let your nanny know what you think is wrong. This will be sent back to your nanny who can make the necessary changes. You’ll receive an updated timesheet when it’s been fixed.
