We’ll contact your nanny to kick off the DBS process. It can take 2 weeks once they’ve completed it to come back.
We’ll invite them to an online First Aid course so they’re up to speed if anything were to go wrong.
We’ll send you a draft contract to review and sign.
Your preferences from the set-up from you completed on the app will be included.
You’ll have a change to review and make any changes at this point.
We accept less than 10% of applicants that apply. All our nannies must provide at least 2 references to verify their experience. Nannies also complete a Koru Kids training course, developed specifically for this role, by our in-house training team. We complete an online right to work check but we advise you to check their ID documents in person too.
