Koru Kids is Ofsted-registered as a Childminder Agency. This gives us statutory powers to qualify and inspect childminders. All our Early Educators are have been rigorously vetted, trained, and are fully registered via us.
We formally inspect our Early Educators before they start, and then every year without fail. And we have lots of contact with them in between times as they take additional training and hone their skills.
This means we have day-to-day oversight over how they practice. This is very different to Ofsted-registered childminders who may only be inspected every 5 years.
