Your pay

You’ll start between £9 and £12 per hour (including holiday pay), depending on your previous childcare experience.

You can also earn more the longer you work as a Koru Kids nanny. You’ll get an extra 50p per hour after only 6 months of working with us, and a further 50p per hour after 12 months if your feedback from families is good.

We'll also cover the cost of your First Aid Training, enhanced DBS check and Public Liability insurance once you start working with a family.
