You'll get £9 to £13 per hour

You’ll get between £9 and £13 per hour (including holiday pay) depending on your childcare experience. Find out more about pay at Koru Kids here.


Your pay

You’ll start on between £9 and £12 per hour (including holiday pay) depending on your previous childcare experience.

You can also earn more the longer you work as a Koru Kids nanny. You’ll get an extra 50p per hour after only 6 months of working with us, and a further 50p per hour after 12 months if your feedback from families is good.

We'll also cover the cost of your First Aid Training, enhanced DBS check and Public Liability insurance once you start working with a family.

Meet the Applications Team

The Applications Team are here to support you along the way with your application and get you ready to start searching for a role with a family. You'll be about to speak to them about the role and they will also contact your references, check your documents and review your profile. They are always available over text, email or phone to answer any queries you have.

Apart from Romilly and Luke, the team work part-time around their studies, other roles and interests. Lots of the team have also worked as Koru Kids nannies before, so do ask them about their experience!


I'm Syeda and I'm currently a History undergraduate student who enjoys baking, learning new languages and reading crime novels in my free time.


I'm Nafeesa, I am a Psychology graduate with a strong passion for mental health. I have a keen love of anything creative or crafty and enjoy reading anything from textbooks to manga.


I’m Carlota! I'm half Spanish half Kenyan. I did Law and Anthropology at uni and would like to go into human rights in the future. I enjoy reading, spending time with my friends and watching drama shows in my free time.


I'm Marie, a Media graduate who is interested in anything related to art and creative industries. I'm a really passionate feminist and love visiting new places, as well as learning about new subjects.

Hi I’m Beth! When I’m not reading for my English degree I can be found cuddling my puppy or learning about the fashion industry.

I was born and raised in Romania, but right after high-school I decided to go on an "adventure" and get my bachelor's degree abroad. Studying PR and Advertising in the UK has been the coolest and most fascinating experience I've ever had. That's also when I joined Koru Kids and met a wonderful team of hardworking people.


I'm Sakeena and I am an aspiring counselor. I like to stay healthy and keep fit. In my free time I enjoy reading, writing and I have a passion for art, history and poetry.


I’m Romilly and I’ve worked at Koru Kids since 2017. I love my job and working with an amazing team to support nannies during the application process. Outside of work, I enjoy history, art, quizzes, cooking and laughing with my friends.
