But don\u2019t worry, we have put together a list of alternative questions, based on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.korukids.co.uk\/content\/marketing\/koru-kids-ethos\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">the Koru Ethos,<\/a> that you (fingers crossed!) might get an answer to.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s worth noting though, after a super busy jam-packed day at school, children naturally struggle to draw out pieces of their day &#8211; so make sure to stay patient and allow your child time to respond to your question!\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>You should also try to ask questions that may relate to your child&#8217;s day &#8211; asking your child about things they struggled with can help them decompress after a long day at school and encourage them to express their emotions, rather than bottling things up. And if they&#8217;re seeming quiet or down,\u00a0 asking your child about things they did that made them feel proud of themselves is great for building up their confidence and self-esteem.<\/p>\n<p>These are great opportunities for you to talk to your child honestly about any emotions you felt throughout your day too.
