We’re looking for professional full day nannies so we’ll assess your childcare experience and qualifications, taking into account:
We'll ask for contact details of two references. We'll email them and ask them a few questions. One of these references must be a full time childcare role.
One of these references can be a character reference but can't be a family member.
You'll complete your profile. Add a warm & happy photo, tell families why you will make a good after school nanny and about your experience.
You'll be able to speak directly to families whose jobs you like.
You can choose a job with the right hours, location and age of children you enjoy working with.
You'll know the typical hiring process – most families will want to interview and set up a paid trial with the kids before offering you the job.
Once you agree to the job offer we'll issue you a contract and help you get started in your new job.

On-going employee support
We’ll make sure you’re employed legally and taken care of in your role. We want to set you and your family up for success so you can focus on doing the job you love most.
We believe you need to be paid properly for the important work you do.
This means that you set your rate based on your experience.
We don’t recommend setting a rate over £21ph (gross) because this will limit your chance of finding a nanny role with us.
Yes…for now. We plan to expand soon so you can still register and we’ll let you know when we have families near you.
You’ll need an up to date Enhanced DBS check and First Aid certificate. If these are out of date or you don’t have one then speak to our team who will help you.
You’ll be paid monthly through Koru Kids—we’ll send you your payslip, and handle everything to do with HMRC, tax, and your pension.
