We recently launched our new Home Nursery servicewhich brings together the best in childminding and nurseries offering families excellent quality and great value childcare.
To do this, we’re looking for a talented Senior Growth Marketing Manager (not a product role) to join us and help supercharge this new service - from the ground up!
You’re joining us at a time when things are just getting off the ground. Imagine owning something from near scratch, pretty great right?
You’ll play a key role in making our new Home Nursery service a roaring success. So we’re looking for a self-starter to join the team and help spread the word far and wide. You’ll be waving your wand and using all clever and creative marketing methods, channels and means possible to reach people in the 2 camps below.
The 2 key areas you’ll get to grow:
Our family fan base (those who use our home nursery service). We want to make Koru Kids the go-to place for top-notch childcare. This means while our teams build great relationships with our families, it’s our job (in marketing) to attract new families. We want to continue to be so loved and respected that we become the first suggestion on anyone's lips when they're asked for childcare recommendations.
Our childminder fan base (those to take care of families children). We also want to be the stand-out-obvious choice for childminders, anyone considering starting their own childcare business.
Sounds complex and we promise that it’s not. Well, not more complex than chicken and egg. One might come first, some would argue otherwise, and at the end of the day, it’s doesn’t matter because you’d get the opportunity to make an impact on both - chicken AND egg.
