We’re looking for a Lead to take our nanny service to new heights, growing the supply side of our business by finding the best people in town to become part-time childcarers.
We admit, our ambitions are sometimes larger than our budgets. We're fast moving, dynamic and entrepreneurial. There are often more ideas than time or people to do the work.
This doesn’t mean an ‘all hours hustle’ culture -- but it does mean we prioritise ruthlessly, and look for people who can work autonomously (while still being great team players).
Part time childcare is a job that most people haven’t considered before, and described by our nannies - who give us amazing feedback - as being far better than many alternatives (retail, hospitality, care). You’ll be helping more of them find a job they truly love, and helping thousands of families in the process.
To do so, you’ll help us optimise the things we already do, plus find new and exciting ways of attracting, engaging and converting people who might want to work in childcare.
This means you’ll be a strong all rounder. You’ll optimise the channels that we already know work, and you’ll also come up with creative ideas to get applications in new ways that don’t involve throwing the piggy bank at the problem. You’ll be a great number cruncher, with strong commercial thinking but you also have creative pizazz -- and you really enjoy working in the intersection of analytics and creativity.
You’ll also be a key member of the Nanny Service Leadership Team, working with the team from Product, Engineering and Operations to make decisions on how to drive the growth of the entire service, and ensuring our nannies are performing brilliantly down stream too.
You’ll be reporting to the Head of Marketing and work alongside our Senior Brand Marketing Manager while managing a small existing team (who are fantastic).
