Providing nannies in your employees' homes to allow them to keep working

Why partner with Koru Kids?

Helping your people work from home

Our nannies are trained to support with homework, plan educational activities and make simple meals so your people can focus on work. And it'll be the same nanny each day in the family's home. This means that your employees can be more productive, safe in the knowledge that their childcare is sorted.

How much does it cost?

Our nannies cost between £13 and £19 per hour (including all employer's tax and pension contributions), and there's a monthly corporate account charge - contact our team for more information.

Trained and vetted nannies

Koru Kids nannies are trained and referenced, with age appropriate experience. All receive a coronavirus module as part of their first aid training. While many are already DBS checked, for those that don't yet (due to these exceptional circumstances) we can also arrange an enhanced DBS check.

We do the hard work

We'll set up payroll, contracts, deal with all the employment and tax admin, as well as consolidate invoices to you. All your people need to do is pick their nanny.

About the service

  • Koru Kids nannies can look after children from age 0 to 12

  • We deliver an end-to-end service including contract, payroll, pension if applicable, all taxes and payments

  • Our service includes a programme of support for nannies and families. During the Covid-19 period we will be sending our nannies fresh activity ideas, giving tips on educational activities appropriate to the children's ages, activity sheets and online resources

  • We have three trained teachers on staff and offer enhanced support and 1 to 1s for our nannies

  • Short term contracts with 24 hour termination for when things get back to normal

  • Dedicated account manager to handle your corporate scheme

  • We have both live-out and live-in nannies available

How it would work for your organisation

  • We could offer your workforce prioritised access to increase the chance that their families get the nanny cover they need

  • Nannies would report their hours via our app at the end of the month. The family confirms this

  • We then invoice with your organisation or the parent. If the parent, no VAT is payable. If your organisation, VAT is payable

What your people experience

They tell us what they need

Your people tell us what they need in a few simple steps.

Instantly browse nannies

Your people instantly chat with nannies in the area - we'll only show the ones who meet the requirements and who can walk to the employee's house.

Nanny interviews can be remote or we can arrange a trial shift straight away.

We'll deal with the admin (e.g. contract & payroll) then be there to help make the nanny placement a success. Your employee is the nanny's employer, but you choose if you pay direct or subsidise your employees.
