We hold your hand through every step of becoming a childminder

Apply online

Have a chat with one of our supportive team so we can learn more about you and you'll have the opportunity to ask even the silliest of questions.

We'll send you an online questionnaire to find out more about you, your family and your home.

Considering your options? You can also take our free online training course pre-application and see if a career in childcare is for you. It's online and takes less than an hour–easy peasy.

Free training

Easy-to-follow and comprehensive online training covering paediatric first aid, safe sleeping, food hygiene, behaviour management, safeguarding, how to run your business, and delivery of the Early Years Foundation Stage framework. Our training is mostly delivered online, and you can do most of it in your own time to fit around your current childcare or work commitments.

Before starting the training we ask for a £50 deposit, which you will get back in your first month's earnings.

The legal stuff

We'll gather professional references, run a DBS on you and any adults you live with, and do local authority and credit checks.

We support you with all the legal stuff too like tax, risk assessments and insurance.

Get set, go

One of our friendly assessors will visit you at home as soon as you've finished training—no waiting on Ofsted for months.

Once you've passed, we'll give you lots of advice on making your home safe and welcoming to families.
