9am: It’s the company standup where you hear our General Manager talking through trading performance and how we’re looking against targets.
9.30: You’ve received a brief for a new campaign, but before you get designing our organic social posts, you review our best performing creatives from the last 3 months.
10:00: You’re ready to get creative — you make a reel and write the copy for the voice over.
11:00 Time to catch up with your manager Emily in your 1:1.
12:00 You check in on how our Meta ads are performing and notice that one of the campaigns has a high CPA. You spend some time making changes to the campaign to improve performance.
13:00 Lunch! You grab a sandwich and get out into the sunshine.
14:00 You join a Marketing Learning session where we discuss how we can use behavioral psychology techniques to write more persuasive copy.
15:30 You do some analysis on which universities’ have the best nannies. You notice that students from UCL are twice as likely to be hired by families. You email our media buyer to get a quote for an OOH campaign on UCL’s campus to increase sign ups there further.
16.30: You post your findings and plan on Slack and the team pile in with loads of other ideas for UCL. You decide which are great ideas, and which ones are low-impact distractions and let the team know.
17:15 Your reel’s had great feedback from your manager so you check it over one last time, research hashtags to use, and post it.
18:00 You log off and go and meet your friends for dinner.
