What kind of experience do you have?

Our pay recognises the range of experience our nannies have.

You’ll start on between £9 and £12 per hour (including holiday pay) based on your previous experience.
Plus, you'll get a 50p per hour pay rise after 6 months and again after 12 months.

I have standard experience

You have some experience looking after children, such as regular babysitting for family and friends or working at an after school club.

Your children may have grown up and can look after themselves, but you still know the ins and outs of caring for children, or you might provide regular care for your grandchildren.

You’ve worked as a teacher, teaching assistant, nursery worker, nanny, childminder, lunchtime or passenger assistant, or similar roles.
