COVID-19 Important information

Government advice states that the public are allowed to leave their house to travel to and from work where this is absolutely necessary and cannot be done from home. This means that a nanny is allowed to work at a family's home if their work is essential. We strongly advise against nannies taking public transport. You can find out more here

You might be wondering…

How do your fees work? –

We charge £13 per hour for 9 or more hours a week, and £15.50 per hour for anything less. This covers everything from matching you with a nanny to running your payroll. There are no upfront or hidden fees. Find out more.

Are the nannies DBS checked and first aid trained? –

Once you’ve decided to hire one of our nannies, we'l carry out an enhanced DBS check, and invite them to attend our Paediatric First Aid training course. Find out more.

Do your nannies drive? –

Some can, but the majority can’t. So if you need a driver it does limit your chances of finding a nanny. Our nannies are all comfortable taking children on public transport.

Can your nannies look after babies? –

Some of our nannies have experience with babies and younger children, but our after school nannies tend to be only looking for work in the afternoons and evenings. If you’re interested in full day care for your baby or toddler, check out our free Family Finder which connects you with families looking for nanny shares in your area.

Do you have minimum hours? –

We ask families to commit to 9 hours a week during term time. This is so that the job is fair to our nannies and so they have income security. Find out more.

Are your nannies Ofsted registered, so we can pay using childcare vouchers? –

No, our nannies aren’t professional career nannies and work few hours each week. The cost to undertake the pre-registration courses required usually outweighs the savings parents could make by using childcare vouchers.
