A fully comprehensive service.
We handle everything in one place so that you don’t end up with a patchwork of agencies to manage different things.
We know families want to feel confident that their money is going to the person caring for their children, not disappearing into agency fees.
At Koru Kids, the majority of the hourly rate is your nanny’s pay. The rest simply covers the legal costs of employing someone properly (including taxes, employer national insurance, pension contributions, insurance and payroll) all handled for you.
Plus, Koru Kids will continue to support your nanny with training, our AI activity planner and 1:1 coaching available.
We don’t believe in big chunky upfront fees that put all the risk on families.
Instead we charge a set-up fee of £199 (to cover setting you up as an employer for the first time) and include a small service fee in your nannies hourly rate.
By paying a smaller amount to Koru Kids over time our incentives are aligned – we don’t make a penny (in fact we lose quite a bit) if your nanny doesn’t stay with you for the long run.
Nannies’ rates start at £16.50 per hour.
This includes taxes, nanny public liability insurance, employer national insurance and pension contributions and our service fee.
There is a £199 set-up fee the first time you employ a nanny. This covers an enhanced DBS check, registration with HMRC and the pensions regulator if needed.
We ask for four weeks’ pay upfront when you hire a nanny (which you’ll get back when the match ends.)

Yes! Our nannies can look after children from two families at the same time. It’s a brilliant option if you’d like your children to benefit from a play mate while still getting all the benefits of a nanny. It starts from £10 per hour, per family and the nanny gets a pay rise too.
