3. Links to Other Websites
This Website may contain links to other sites which are not under the control of Koru Kids or that of our affiliates. We assume no responsibility for the content of such websites and disclaim liability for any and all forms of loss or damage arising out of the use of them. The inclusion of a link to another site on this Website does not imply any endorsement of the sites themselves or of those in control of them.
Koru Kids may from time to time send you information about our products and/or services. If you do not wish to receive such information, please contact us.
5. Information you give us
Information you give us, whether by filling in a form or by emailing or calling us, may be kept on file by Koru Kids. This might include personal information such as your full postcode, email address, the names and ages of your children, and your phone number. By filling out a form on this website, or by giving us this information in any other form, you consent to our keeping this data on record for the purpose of helping you find a nanny share match. In turn, we will use industry best practices to keep your personal data safe and secure. We will not disclose any identifying personal data to anyone else without asking you first.
In order to facilitate the nanny share matching process, we might share an anonymised version of your personal data with others who contact us. This will not include identifying data such as your name, your children's names, your email address or phone number. It might include non-identifying data such as your full post code, the age(s) of your child(ren), and the days of the week you're looking to cover. We might describe you to the other party in general terms, such as 'a lovely family' or 'a family that really cares about child development', or disclose aspects of your situation such as that you have a big garden or live near a park. We will make all efforts to make these disclosures non-identifiable, but there may be occasions where you are locally known and the sum of these disclosures are sufficient to identify your family.
If you do not wish us to do this, you should not use this service.
If you tell us that you no longer need our service, we will keep your data on our database anyway, as we may be able to help you in future. However in this case, we will not tell other families anything about you.
If you have given us data and want it to be deleted and never shared with anyone else, please just tell us and we will do so.
6. Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions and the relationship between you and Koru Kids shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Law of England and Wales and Koru Kids and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
